Machine body
Equipped with a high or low exchange platform, this laser cutting machine works more efficiently with a short exchange period of only 15 seconds. The metal body of this cutter is heat treated at 600°C, so it is cooled inside the furnace for 24 hours. After completion, processing is carried out on a planar milling machine and welding in carbon dioxide. This guarantees high strength and a 20-year service life.


Cast aluminum beam
Cast aluminum crossbar is 50% lighter than steel. For the first time, the manufacturer used a cast aluminum beam made in a 10-ton high-strength steel mold. Therefore, the weight is reduced by 1/2 compared to a traditional welded steel portal.
